Casoni is a curving glass-and-metal residential tower rising 785 feet at 989 Sixth Avenue. Designed by C3D Architecture, the building pairs a deep blue-glass podium with a champagne-colored curtain wall whose curved profile reads as a contemporary composition of light and metal, articulated to enhance views from higher floors. Located at the southwest corner of West 37th Street in Midtown West’s Garment District, Casoni sits beside the historic Haier Building and is near Herald Square and Bryant Park. The address places the tower amid established transit, retail and office corridors, where midtown amenities and neighborhood streets converge. The project is planned for 311 residences, including 27 upper-floor condominiums that range from studios to three bedrooms; the remaining homes are rentals. Condominium interiors are specified with custom stonework, tailored millwork and integrated smart-home systems, while upper-level homes are positioned for Manhattan skyline, Empire State Building and river-to-river views.
